In-house production in Olen
What we design, we largely make ourselves, in our own workshop in Olen. That is not a brochure detail: it determines how quickly you are helped, how a change halfway through is absorbed, and who is responsible if something is not as agreed.
What in-house production actually delivers
Shorter lines.
A change to the design goes to the workshop floor, not to a purchaser calling a manufacturer who has to find a production slot.
Custom work is the rule, not the exception.
A façade is never standard. Dimensions, cut-outs, fixing points and finishes are made for your situation.
Quality assurance that is set down.
We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. In practice that means: defined inspection steps and an environmental management system that also covers material choice and waste streams.
One responsible party.
If production spots something the design overlooked, the same people solve it.
Materials
Aluminium, steel, wood and wood composite, textile, plastic, glass and concrete — each time with a finish suited to the application and the exposure. For outdoor use we work with treatments intended for permanent outdoor exposure; the concrete specification is stated with the product and confirmed in the quotation.
And what we do not make ourselves
Honesty is part of it: not everything comes out of Olen. For a number of families we work with fixed producers inside and outside the Doublet Group, selected on quality and supply reliability. Even then, project responsibility stays with us — you still have one point of contact.
Lead time
That depends on the product, on production planning and on whether installation is included. You get a concrete lead time in the quotation, and that one is binding. If you are working towards a fixed date — an opening, a trade fair, a council meeting — say so with your request and planning will take it into account straight away.

Yes. A single piece or a rollout across thirty sites, both.
Can you produce to our own specification?
Yes, we regularly do so for public tenders. We can also help draw up the technical description.
What about warranty?
The warranty period differs per product and is stated in the quotation.
