What this gives you

From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.

01

One partner, from A to Z

You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.

02

You see it before it exists

A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.

03

In-house production in Olen

Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.

04

Built to last

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.

Crowd barrier covers and fence banners, printed

Crowd barrier covers and fence banners turn a boundary into a communication carrier straight away. Every barrier you place to guide people is already standing on the most-viewed line of your site: along the course, around the works, at the entrance to the festival grounds. A printed banner puts that surface to work for your brand, your sponsors or your message, and makes an untidy row of barriers look neat in one movement.

We produce printed covers and banners for all common barrier and fence types, for event organisers, municipalities, sports clubs, contractors and companies.

Where you use them

  • Sports events, with sponsor visibility along the course
  • Festivals and city events, to mark out zones and communicate at the same time
  • Construction sites, where a banner screens the hoarding and announces the project

Versions

Covers over the barrier

A cover slides right over the barrier and is tensioned with a drawcord, elastic or hook-and-loop fastening. It sits tight, it does not shift and it is quick to fit. The neatest version and the most used along a course.

Banners with eyelets

A banner attached to the fencing with ties, tensioners or cords. Simpler and better value, but the banner sits less tightly and needs more care when fitting. For long straight stretches it works excellently.

Perforated banners

Banners with openings that let the wind through. For a longer run of barriers on open ground this is often the only responsible choice, because a closed banner acts like a sail and can push over the whole row.

Material and technique

The basis is usually a woven or coated polyester fabric. For covers we often choose textile with dye sublimation printing: colourfast, washable and rollable without permanent creases. For banners we work with PVC fabric, which is more robust and better able to take rough handling, but weighs more and takes up more room in storage. For use indoors, in a tent or in a public building, a flame-retardant version is usually required; ask for that in good time, because it cannot be added afterwards.

In practice

  • Measure your barriers exactly: height, width and the shape of the legs. Barriers from different suppliers differ by a few centimetres, and you can see that on a cover
  • When designing, allow for the overlap between two barriers, otherwise part of your logo disappears into the joint every time
  • Repeat a short logo or word along the length instead of spreading one large text over ten barriers
  • Store banners completely dry; textile put away damp develops mould stains that never come out
  • Follow what the road authority, the fire service or the tender specification requires on wind loading and see-through

When a banner is not the right choice

A barrier with a banner marks and communicates, but it does not physically stop anyone. If you really have to secure a site, you need heavier equipment and stewarding. On a wind-exposed, open location a closed banner without ballast or perforation is also a real risk: choose perforated fabric there, or leave the banner off. And for a message that has to stay up for years, a rigid panel on the fence lasts longer than textile.

What determines the price?

The price depends on the type and weight of the fabric, the dimensions per piece, the number of pieces, whether it is a cover or a banner, the number of printed sides and the colour coverage, and the finish such as hems, eyelets, drawcords, hook-and-loop fastening or perforation. A flame-retardant version, artwork preparation and transport covers come on top of that. Repeat orders of an existing design work out differently from a first production run.

Frequently asked questions

Leveren jullie PVC-vrije spandoeken?
