What this gives you
From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.
One partner, from A to Z
You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.
You see it before it exists
A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.
In-house production in Olen
Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.
Built to last
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.
Façade lettering: your message straight onto the wall
Façade vinyl puts a logo, a name or an image directly onto the building, with no board, frame or supporting structure. That makes it the quickest and most affordable form of façade advertising — and on flat, smooth façades one of the best looking too, because nothing sits between the message and the wall.
We cut, print and install façade lettering for shops, hospitality, offices, garages, practices and businesses.
When vinyl is the right choice
On a flat, closed and smooth substrate: rendered façades, smooth concrete, sandwich panels, coated metal, glass and cladding in composite or aluminium. Vinyl bonds excellently there and the result looks crisp.
On rough material it does not work. Brick with deep joints, coarse textured render, weathered timber and porous natural stone offer too little closed surface; the vinyl then only bonds on the high points and lifts within a few months. For façades like that we recommend cut-out letters on stand-offs or a board on a supporting structure. We would rather say so up front than have you call back within the year.
The versions
Cut vinyl
Letters and logo shapes are cut from coloured vinyl and applied individually to the façade. There is no visible background — only the shape. This gives the crispest result and is the usual choice for a company name.
Digital print, contour cut
For images with gradients, photographs or a logo with many colours. The whole graphic is printed, laminated and contour cut.
Full-surface façade print
Large images across a complete façade zone, applied in panels. An affordable alternative to cladding when the point is the image rather than the finish.
Wall print with textured vinyl
Special films that can cope with some texture, for façades that are just too rough for ordinary vinyl but not rough enough to rule vinyl out.
Vinyl and service life
The choice of film determines how long it keeps looking good. A cast film with UV laminate stays colourfast for years and does not pull back from corners and edges. A cheap calendered film shrinks, lifts at the edges and fades visibly, particularly in red.
On south-facing façades and at the coast we always recommend the heavier grade. We state the expected service life in the proposal rather than leaving it at the word weather-resistant.
Permits
Non-illuminated façade advertising is generally subject to permit in Flanders as well, and stricter rules apply in protected village settings. Vinyl that changes the appearance of the façade falls under that. We help with the application by providing a façade elevation and a photo montage.
What determines the price?
Façade lettering has no fixed rate. The cost follows from the surface area, the version — cut vinyl, digital print or full-surface —, the number of colours, the film quality and the laminate, the condition and the substrate of the façade, the working height and whether access equipment is needed, and whether we create the design.
Send us photos of the façade with the dimensions and your logo as a vector file, and you will get a photo montage together with a quotation.
Show us your façade
Send us a few photos, including close-ups so we can see the texture of the substrate. We will tell you whether vinyl is the right choice here or whether you are better off with letters.
