Applicable law and competent courts
Belgian law applies to this site. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the Antwerp district, Antwerp division, are competent. Should the justice of the peace be competent, only the Justice of the Peace of the 5th canton of Antwerp is competent.

Herva-Doublet NV collects and processes the personal data of clients for client and order management (including client administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring of solvency, profiling and the sending of marketing and personalised advertising).
