What this gives you

From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.

01

One partner, from A to Z

You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.

02

You see it before it exists

A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.

03

In-house production in Olen

Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.

04

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.

Table skirts and table covers, printable

Table skirts and table covers turn an ordinary table into a neat, recognisable piece of furniture in one move. They hide whatever stands under the top, dampen the noise of equipment on the table, and offer a large, clearly visible surface on which your logo or message comes into its own. At a trade fair or event that is often the largest continuous area of branding at the eye level of a seated visitor.

We supply printed and plain covers to companies, local authorities, sports clubs, stand builders and event organisers. That ranges from one-off dressing for a single event to series that last for years and are washed and put back into use after every outing.

Where you use them

  • Exhibition stands and promotional tables, where the cover forms the front of your stand
  • Reception and registration tables at events, competitions and open days
  • Press moments and prize-givings, with sponsor logos in shot

Versions

Straight covers

A close-fitting cover that encloses the table completely, with sewn corners so the fabric stays taut. The neatest and most widely used version, and immediately the best carrier for a large print.

Pleated table skirts

A pleated skirt around the edge of the table, with or without a separate top cloth. Classic in appearance and often chosen for buffets and ceremonies. Printing is possible, but the fall of the pleats breaks up a graphic image; for text or a logo that has to stay legible, a straight cover with a flat front is the better choice.

Covers for poseur tables

Close-fitting around the frame, with or without a drawcord. It turns a neutral poseur table into a brand carrier and keeps its shape even when people lean against it.

Loose fronts and bands

A printed band or front panel over an existing tablecloth. The most economical way to show a changing message without having a full cover made each time.

Materials and technique

The basis is usually woven polyester in a weight that combines drape and opacity. Fabric that is too light hangs badly and lets light through; fabric that is too heavy is awkward to store and transport. Printing is normally done by sublimation, where the ink penetrates the fibre. That gives a colourfast, washable result that does not crack or flake, unlike a print that sits on top of the fabric. Do ask about a flame-retardant version when you are working in a hall, a tent or a public building, because that is often required by the tender specification or by the venue.

In practice

  • Measure the table afterwards: length, width and height, not only the size of the top
  • When designing, allow for the area hidden behind seated people or equipment
  • Wash at low temperature without bleach and hang the fabric out rather than drying it hot
  • A neat cover stands or falls with taut placement: pull the corners fully through before you lay the table

When a cover is not the right choice

On a table where people spill, cut or work, a washable cover is a recurring cost and a source of stains in shot. Choose a wipeable top there instead. And anyone looking for permanent visibility at a fixed counter is better served by a printed panel or a textile frame.

What determines the price?

The price is set by the table dimensions, the model (straight cover, pleated skirt, poseur table cover or loose front), the fabric type and weight, the number of printed sides, the colour coverage, any flame-retardant version and the number of units. Finishes count too: sewn corners, drawcords, zips or transport covers. Repeat orders of an existing design work out differently from a first production run with artwork preparation.

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find what you were looking for?

What you see here is a selection. Our range is considerably wider — in sizes, materials and finishes that we cannot all show online. Tell us what you need it for and where it has to go, and we will work out what fits.
