What this gives you
From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.
One partner, from A to Z
You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.
You see it before it exists
A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.
In-house production in Olen
Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.
Built to last
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.
Welcome desks for reception areas and stand zones
Welcome desks determine how a visitor judges your organisation in the first ten seconds. It is the point where someone is greeted, registered or directed onwards, and at the same time the piece of furniture that shows your house style at the closest range. A well-presented welcome desk makes clear where people need to be; an improvised folding table with a cloth over it does the opposite.
We supply welcome desks and poseur tables to companies, municipalities, stand builders and event organisers. For some clients it is a single fixed reception point that lasts for years, for others a series of desks that go out on transport every month. Those two call for different constructions, and that is the first thing we look at with you.
Where you use welcome desks
- Reception areas in office buildings, sports halls and administrative centres
- Registration desks at events, conferences, competitions and open days
- Exhibition stands, where the desk is counter, storage and brand carrier all at once
Versions
Fixed desk or mobile table
You choose a fixed reception desk when the location does not change: it is heavier, offers work space and storage on the inside, and is finished in materials that suit the interior. A mobile or demountable welcome desk is lighter, travels in a case or cover and is assembled in a few minutes without tools.
Straight and curved desks
A straight desk is compact and efficient. A curved version reads as more inviting and works well when the reception point is central and approached from several sides. Modular systems allow you to combine elements into a longer desk with several workstations.
Poseur tables
Poseur tables keep a zone informal and moving. There are fixed, folding and inflatable variants that pack down compactly. With a printed cover or skirt they become a brand carrier in a single move.
Printable fronts
The front of a welcome desk is the most looked-at flat surface of your stand or hall. We fill that surface with a printed panel or a tensioned fabric, so that you can use the same desk again for a following campaign with a different message.
Material and finish
The structure is usually a frame in aluminium or steel, with tops in lacquered board material, HPL or wood decor. Aluminium keeps the weight down and is the logical choice for anything that travels regularly; steel and heavier tops are what you choose for a fixed reception point that is used daily.
In practice
- Provide work space on the inside: a desk with no room for a scanner, badges and cables becomes cluttered within the hour
- Allow for accessibility: part of the desk at a lower height helps wheelchair users and children
- For mobile use, the way it is stored counts just as much as the furniture itself; a cover or transport case extends the service life considerably
When a welcome desk is not the right choice
If the reception point is permanently staffed in a busy building with a lot of administration, a proper built-in desk with cabinetry is better than a free-standing welcome desk. And anyone looking only for temporary visibility without a reception function is usually better served by a counter or promotional stand. We would rather say so up front.
What determines the price?
The price depends on the size and shape, the construction (fixed or demountable), the material and finish, storage on the inside, and the number of units. Printing comes into it through the number of printed surfaces, the technique and whether you want interchangeable fabrics. Transport cases, on-site installation and electrical preparation also count.
Let us look together at what suits your reception
Tell us where the desk will stand, how often it will be moved and what look you are after. We will propose a version that fits and provide you with a tailored quotation.
