What this gives you
From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.
One partner, from A to Z
You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.
You see it before it exists
A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.
In-house production in Olen
Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.
Built to last
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.
Promotional counters
Promotional counters give your brand a fixed spot on the shop floor, at a trade fair or during an event: a table to stand behind, a front that carries your house style and usually some storage for samples, leaflets and your staff's belongings. They make a promotion look organised rather than improvised.
We supply counters to brands, retailers, municipalities, schools, sports clubs and exhibitors. The request comes from marketing and sales managers, event coordinators and field marketing agencies who often work away from base and want a solution one person can set up.
What you use them for
- Tastings and product demonstrations in shops and department stores.
- Exhibition stands: welcome point, information desk or bar in your house style.
- Job fairs and information markets: a workstation for two members of staff.
- Sports events and festivals: registration desk or sales point.
- In-store promotions where a member of staff approaches customers.
Versions
Folding cardboard counters
Fully printable, extremely light and shipped flat. For short-running promotions and large rollouts, the most practical choice.
Counters with a fabric cover over a frame
An aluminium base frame with a tensioned fabric. You wash the fabric and replace it per campaign, the frame stays.
Case counters
A transport case you fold open into a counter. You carry your materials in it and then stand behind it.
Counters in board material or furniture panels
Sturdier, with a more refined appearance. For semi-permanent use in a showroom or reception area.
Illuminated counters
With an illuminated front that stands out in a dark hall or an evening event.
Material and technique
The choice depends on how often you use the counter and who assembles it. Cardboard is light, economical and fully printable, but not resistant to moisture and daily relocation. An aluminium frame with fabric is the happy medium: light, reusable and with an interchangeable graphic. Board material gives the best appearance and work surface, but weighs more and often calls for two people.
Think about the work top in advance. If drinks are poured, food is cut or products are demonstrated, choose a top that tolerates moisture and that you can clean with a standard cleaning product. For use in shops and public buildings the fire reaction of the materials also comes into play; check what the house rules or the tender specification prescribe.
In practice
- Choose a height at which your staff member stands comfortably and still keeps eye contact with the public. Too high acts as a barrier.
- Provide storage at the back. Without a place for coats and boxes, everything ends up under the counter in full view.
- Put your key message on the front, not on the top. Whatever lies on the work surface is covered within the hour.
- Test the assembly once at the office before the real thing. On the shop floor nobody wants to read a manual.
- Common mistake: putting only the logo on the front. A short reason to stop and stay works better than a brand name alone.
If the counter is permanently in a busy reception area, a promotional counter is not the right solution. You are better off with fixed reception furniture, which is designed for daily use.
What determines the price?
- The type: cardboard, fabric on a frame, case counter or board material.
- The dimensions, the height and the shape, straight or curved.
- The number of printed sides and the image coverage.
- Extra functions: lighting, screen bracket, lock, shelves or a cooling unit.
- Replacement fabrics or new printed fronts for future campaigns.
- The quantity, transport cases and shipping to one or several locations.
