What this gives you

From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.

01

One partner, from A to Z

You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.

02

You see it before it exists

A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.

03

In-house production in Olen

Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.

04

Built to last

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.

Outdoor dressing of an event site

Outdoor dressing of an event site is the whole of fence banners, arches, flags, hanging banners, banners and signage that turns an ordinary piece of ground into something recognisable as your event. Taken separately those are individual products. Together they form the picture a visitor sees from the moment they drive onto the car park until they leave again. That coherence is exactly the difference between a site that looks well cared for and a site that is simply covered in material.

This approach is intended for organisers of sports and public events, municipalities with an annual market, funfair or festival week, companies with an open day or a family day, and federations that want to dress several editions or locations consistently.

What a full outdoor dressing covers

  • Fence banners and fencing banners along the course, barriers and public areas
  • Start, finish and entrance arches, in fabric or inflatable versions
  • Flags, banners and beach flags that make the site visible from a distance
  • Backdrops and photocalls for interviews, stages and press moments

Versions and building the picture

Always work in layers. The furthest layer is the tall elements: flags, masts and arches that are visible from outside the site and show where it is happening. The middle layer is the dressing along the walking routes: fence banners and banners at eye level, where people actually pass. The closest layer is everything around the camera: stage, backdrop and interview area, because that is the image that circulates afterwards.

Material and technique

For outdoor dressing we work with weather-resistant fabrics. Solid PVC banners give the most saturated colour and suit shorter periods or sheltered positions. Mesh lets some wind through and is the logical choice for large surfaces on fencing and scaffolding. Textile gives a matt, high-grade appearance and is pleasant for photography because it reflects little. For reusable elements we specify versions with reinforced hems, eyelets at regular spacing and a print that stands up to UV exposure.

Installation, wind and anchoring

Every banner you tension outdoors is a sail. Fence banners on crowd barriers or site fencing catch the wind and can push over a whole run of fencing if they are not fitted correctly. Fix at every eyelet, not just at the corners, use enough feet and couple the fences together. On large surfaces you choose mesh or provide wind slots. Arches and flagpoles need weighting or anchoring appropriate to the set-up.

This is not a formality: as the organiser you are liable for whatever blows over on your site. Agree in advance who decides to take elements down when wind is forecast, and make sure that is practically feasible without tools nobody on site has.

When this is not the right approach

For a small internal event on your own grounds a handful of flags and a backdrop is often enough. A full dressing plan only pays off when visitors have to be guided in from outside and when sponsors expect visibility. The classic mistake is starting too late: the dressing is thought about in the final week, while production and a well-considered site plan take time.

What determines the price?

The price follows from the number and format of the elements, the material chosen per element, the number of different designs and the run per design, the finish and fixing method, the weighting and anchoring needed, and whether we only deliver or also install and collect again. A dressing that is reused across several editions works out very differently per edition than a one-off set-up. Send us a site plan and the date and we will put together a proposal per zone.

Going through your site together

Send us the plan of your site and tell us which zones really matter. We translate that into a dressing proposal with materials, quantities and installation. Get in touch for a quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find what you were looking for?

What you see here is a selection. Our range is considerably wider — in sizes, materials and finishes that we cannot all show online. Tell us what you need it for and where it has to go, and we will work out what fits.
