What this gives you
From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.
One partner, from A to Z
You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.
You see it before it exists
A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.
In-house production in Olen
Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.
Built to last
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.
Leaflet and flyer displays
Leaflet and flyer displays keep your printed matter upright and orderly, instead of lying in an untidy pile on a counter. A leaflet that is presented neatly gets picked up; a leaflet lying in a corner stays where it is. The difference is that simple, and that often overlooked.
We supply these display units to companies, municipalities, care institutions, schools, tourist offices and exhibitors. The request comes from reception staff, marketing managers and facility managers who want one place where all the information comes together and where visitors can find their own way.
Where they stand
- Reception and welcome areas: a fixed spot for company brochures and forms.
- Waiting rooms in medical practices, offices and public administrations.
- Exhibition stands: brochures within easy reach of the visitor.
- Shops and showrooms: price lists, catalogues and promotional leaflets.
- Public buildings and tourist information points with a wide range of leaflets.
Versions
Counter models
Compact holders for one or a few formats, intended for a counter or table.
Floor stands
Free-standing columns with several pockets above one another or in a fan shape, for a larger range.
Wall models
Pockets you fix to the wall that take up no floor space. Practical in narrow corridors.
Carousels and columns
Rotating units with pockets all round, for places with many different titles.
Models in your house style
With a printed header card, a personalised front or the whole unit in your colour.
Material and technique
Clear acrylic remains the most widely used choice: the leaflet itself stays visible and the display disappears visually. Metal is sturdier and suits a more minimal interior. Cardboard is light and economical, ideal for temporary use or for a trade fair. Wood or a wood-effect finish, on the other hand, fits a warm reception area.
When choosing, pay attention to the pocket depth. A pocket that is too shallow for your brochure lets the printed matter tip forward; one that is too wide lets it slump sideways. Give us the exact format and thickness of your leaflet and we will match the model to it. For heavy printed matter in floor stands, stability also matters: a light stand with all the front pockets full will tip over.
Public buildings sometimes apply requirements on the fire reaction of materials and on clear passage in escape routes. Choose a set-up that does not narrow the circulation route, and check what the tender specification prescribes.
In practice
- Place the display in the direction of travel, at eye level or just below. Anything below hip height is rarely looked at.
- Keep the pockets filled. Two leftover leaflets in a pocket look abandoned.
- Remove out-of-date printed matter consistently. An old price list does more harm than good.
- Clean clear acrylic with a soft cloth and a non-aggressive product. Alcohol-based products make it cloudy.
- Common mistake: too many titles side by side. Visitors then choose nothing. Limit it to what you really want to put in their hands.
For outdoor use, or for zones where printed matter may get damp or dirty, these units are not suitable. You are better served by an enclosed display case or by digital information.
What determines the price?
- The type: counter, wall, floor stand or carousel.
- The number of pockets and the format of the printed matter.
- The material: acrylic, metal, cardboard or wood.
- Personalisation: header card, printing or a version in your house style colour.
- The number of units and whether this is a rollout across several locations.
- Delivery and installation, and whether the displays arrive pre-filled.
Request your proposal
Give us the format of your printed matter, the number of titles and the place where the display will stand. We will propose a suitable model, in your house style if you wish, and send you a quotation straight away.
