What this gives you

From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.

01

One partner, from A to Z

You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.

02

You see it before it exists

A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.

03

In-house production in Olen

Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.

04

Built to last

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.

Parking barriers and parking hoops

Parking barriers keep a space free for whoever is entitled to it. They answer a problem every company, every local authority and every building manager knows: a space that is reserved will sooner or later be taken by someone else. A sign asks for cooperation, a barrier leaves no choice. That is exactly the difference you are buying.

We supply parking barriers and parking hoops to companies, local authorities, schools, hospitals and car park managers. The choice is about the level of security you need, about who is allowed to release the space, and about how often that happens.

Where you use them

  • Reserved spaces for management, visitors, doctors or emergency services
  • Spaces for people with a disability, which are otherwise taken systematically
  • Loading and unloading bays that have to stay clear during opening hours
  • Private driveways and access routes that must not be blocked

Versions

Folding parking hoops with a lock

The classic solution: a hoop that stands upright and is folded flat with a key or cylinder lock. Simple, robust and entirely under your control. The key decides who uses the space, so think about key management up front if you are ordering a larger series.

Fixed hoops and posts

These stay up permanently and close off a space or passage completely. Suitable where the area never needs to be accessible to vehicles, for instance to prevent parking on a green area or a footpath.

Automatic parking barriers

Operated by remote control or app, without getting out of the vehicle. Comfortable in daily use, but it requires a power supply or battery management and periodic maintenance. For a space that is released twice a week, a manual hoop is usually more reliable.

Material and anchoring

The construction is usually in galvanised or coated steel, powder coated in a visible colour. Red, yellow or a reflective band make the hoop visible when reversing and reduce damage.

Anchoring is done with a base plate on chemical or mechanical anchors, or with a ground socket set in concrete. The substrate determines what is possible: concrete gives the strongest hold, block paving calls for an adapted foundation, and thin asphalt is rarely enough without additional work. We ask about this deliberately, because a strong hoop on weak anchoring gives false security.

In practice

  • Make sure it is visible: a low hoop lying flat gets overlooked and bent
  • Take account of sweeping vehicles and snow clearing, and of what the road authority or the tender specification requires
  • Check the anchoring and the lock at least once a year; a seized lock makes the space unusable for everyone

When a parking barrier is not the right choice

On a car park with a lot of changing traffic, a series of individual hoops does not work: operating them costs more time than it saves and the keys end up scattered. There, a boom barrier at the entrance or a number plate recognition system is the right answer. And marking material such as cones and flexible posts stops nobody: it only marks. If you want effective protection, you need an anchored hoop.

What determines the price?

The price depends on the type (fixed hoop, folding with a lock, removable or automatic), the dimensions and the steel thickness, the coating and the visibility finish, the locking or control system, and the number of pieces. On top of that, the anchoring method, the substrate, any groundwork and the installation all weigh in. With automatic versions, the power supply, controls and maintenance come into play.

Let us know how many spaces you want to secure, who has to be able to release them and what the substrate is. We will propose a suitable specification and send you a tailored quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Voldoen jullie verkeersborden aan de Belgische normen?
Ja.

What you see here is a selection. Our range is considerably wider — in sizes, materials and finishes that we cannot all show online. Tell us what you need it for and where it has to go, and we will work out what fits.
