What this gives you

From first sketch to maintenance — one partner who handles everything in-house.

01

One partner, from A to Z

You call one number. We measure, design, produce, install and maintain. No fragmented responsibility, no waiting on subcontractors pointing at each other.

02

You see it before it exists

A 3D visualisation of your own façade or space, by day and by night. We only start producing once that image is right. No surprises afterwards.

03

In-house production in Olen

Custom work from our own workshops, without intermediaries. That means a shorter lead time, a sharper price, and changes that are genuinely still possible.

04

Built to last

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Colourfast, weather-resistant materials and energy-efficient LED lighting. With long-term service and maintenance.

Poseur tables and stools for receptions, trade fairs and events

A poseur table does at an event what a seated table does not: it brings people together without anyone having to sit down. That makes it the workhorse of every reception, exhibition stand, opening and networking moment. Add stools and the same spot becomes an area where people stay longer.

We supply poseur tables, stools and matching dressing to companies, local authorities, event agencies, exhibitors and associations, for a single event or as permanent equipment that lasts for years.

What you choose, and when

Classic poseur table with base

A round table on a central column with a heavy base. Stable, quick to set up, and dressed in seconds with a cover or a skirt. The standard for receptions.

Folding and demountable versions

Tables that store flat. If you set up and break down often, or have limited storage space, that weighs heavier than the looks.

Inflatable and lightweight poseur tables

Very quick to set up and light to move, strong for outdoor events and promotional campaigns. Less suitable where people really lean on them with drinks and plates.

Printed poseur tables

Tables whose top or cover is printed in your house style. On an exhibition floor that is one of the cheapest ways to be visible, because the table is there anyway.

Stools

From simple bar stools to versions with a backrest. The longer the occasion lasts, the more a backrest earns its place.

Dressing: cover, skirt or printed top

An undressed poseur table looks bare and shows its frame. There are three routes. A stretch cover pulls tight over the table and gives the sharpest result; it can be printed and washed. A classic table skirt is pleated and looks more formal, which suits ceremonial and protocol occasions. A printed table top, finally, keeps the message horizontal, which works when people look down at it rather than across at it.

We supply the dressing in the same house style as your banners, textile frames and exhibition material, so the whole set matches instead of looking assembled from odds and ends.

Practical points to watch

  • Stability outdoors. A poseur table with a light base blows over as soon as the wind picks up. For outdoor use we provide a weighted or fillable base.
  • Height. The usual standing height works for most guests; with a mixed audience you are better off adding a few seated tables than putting everything at standing height.
  • Transport and storage. Work out how many tables fit in your van before you order, and whether they can be kept on a trolley.
  • Cleaning. Covers and skirts that cannot be washed are unusable after two events.

Hire or purchase

For a single event, hire is enough. From a few events a year the sum tips: buying with your own printed covers is usually the better deal, and you are sure of the look. We help you weigh that up against your calendar, and we will say so when hiring remains the sensible choice for you.

What determines the price?

Poseur tables and stools have no fixed price per unit. The cost follows from the type and the construction, whether the version folds or is fixed, the number of units, the dressing - cover, skirt or printed top - and whether it is printed, the number of colours and the complexity of the print, and whether you are buying or hiring, including delivery and collection.

Give us the numbers, the date and whether it is indoors or outdoors, and you will get a proposal per version.

Request a proposal

Send us your house style and the number of guests you expect. We will propose a set that suits the scale of your event and that you can use again in the years that follow.

Frequently asked questions
